１．緊急地震速報の発表について
現在，気象庁では，最大震度５弱以上を予想した時に，震度４以上を予想した地域に対して緊急地震速報（警報）を発表しています。緊急地震速報は，テレビ・ラジオ・スマートフォン・防災行政無線等で伝えられます。緊急地震速報が発表された際には，「落ちてこない・倒れてこない・移動してこない」場所に避難し，身を守る態勢をとるようにしてください。
２．東海地震及び南海トラフ地震について
東海地震は，南海トラフ沿いで想定されている大規模地震（以下「南海トラフ地震」）のひとつで，駿河湾から静岡県の内陸部を想定震源域とするマグニチュード８クラスの地震です。1854年の安政東海地震の発生から現在まで160年以上にわたり大規模地震が発生しておらず，「東海地震はいつ発生してもおかしくない」と考えられています。なお，南海トラフ地震は，おおむね100年～150年間隔で繰り返し発生しており，前回の南海トラフ地震の発生から70年以上が経過した現在では，東海地震に限らず，南海トラフ全域で大規模地震発生の切迫性が高まっています。
気象庁では，平成29年11月１日から「南海トラフ地震に関連する情報」の運用を開始しており，これに伴い東海地震のみに着目した「東海地震に関連する情報」の発表は行われていません。「南海トラフ地震に関連する情報」は「南海トラフ地震臨時情報」と「南海トラフ地震関連解説情報」があり，「南海トラフ地震臨時情報」が発表される際には，調査中・ 巨大地震警戒・巨大地震注意・調査終了のキーワードが付記されます。
３．南海トラフ地震臨時情報（巨大地震警戒or巨大地震注意）発表時の学校の対応について
※地震の規模や被害の状況によって対応が異なることがありますが，基本的な対応を下表に示します。

引き渡しの配慮事項
| ①学校の教職員が引渡しを行います。（基本は担任が引渡しを行います） ②引き渡す相手は，保護者または家族の方とします。来校できない場合は，依頼された方が確認できた時のみ引渡しを行います。 ③児童生徒の迎えは，徒歩でお願いします。学校は避難場所となりますので，敷地内へ車を乗り入れることができない可能性があります。 ④引渡しが済んでいない児童生徒は，学校の運動場または建物内で待機をします。遅くなってもかまわないので，必ず迎えに来てください。 |
４．学校の再開について
南海トラフ地震（東海地震を含む）が発生した際には，学校が臨時休業となることが予想されます。被害の大きさにより期間は異なりますが，安全が確認され学校生活再開が可能となった段階で，Ｆ－０メールや学校ホームページ等を通じて，登校日や登校時間を連絡します。
５．その他
「南海トラフ地震臨時情報」や緊急地震速報が発表されると，社会全体がパニック状態となり，電話はつながりにくくなり，学校から各家庭に連絡を入れることが不可能になると予想されます。保護者の皆様には「南海トラフに関する緊急地震速報（巨大地震警戒or巨大地震注意）が発表されたら，徒歩で学校へ迎えに行く」という行動をとっていただく必要があります。児童生徒の生命安全を守るための対応であることをご理解ください。

大規模地震に関する緊急時の対応について
1. SOBRE O AVISO DE EMERGÊNCIA DE TERREMOTO. 緊急地震速報の発表について
Atualmente, caso a Agência Meteorológica prever um abalo sísmico de intensidade 5, e as regiões que foram previsto o abalo sísmico de intensidade 4, o aviso urgente (alarme) de terremoto será emitido. O aviso de emergência de terremoto é transmitido por TV, rádio, Smartfhone e Rádio administrativo de prevenção de desastres, etc. Quando o aviso de emergência de terremoto for emitido, deverão refugiar-se em um local que “não vá cair, não vá desmoronar e não vá mexer – 落ちてこない・倒れてこない・移動してこない“ e estar preparado para se proteger.
２．SOBRE O TERREMOTO TOKAI E TERREMOTO NANKAI TROUGH 東海地震及び南海トラフ地震について
Baseado no terremoto de Nankai Trough,o terremoto de Tokai também é considerado um terremoto de grande escala, que é um terremoto com magnetude de classe 8, assumindo a parte interior da província de Shizuoka da Baía de Suruga. Desde a ocorrência do terremoto de Ansei Tokai em 1854, que um terremoto em grande escala assim, não ocorrem há mais de 160 anos e acredita-se que ”o terremoto de Tokai pode ocorrer a qualquer momento -東海地震はいつ発生してもおかしくない“.
Por isso, o terremoto Nankai Troung, ocorreu repetidamente em intervalos de aproximadamente 100 a 150 anos e atualmente, já se passaram mais de 70 anos desde o último terremoto de Nankai Trough e assim está aumentando a probabilidade de ocorrência compulsiva do terremoto de grande escala não só em Tokai como também em todo o Nankai Trough.
Desde 1 de novembro de 2017 (Heisei 29), a Agência de Meteorologia iníciou (informações relacionadas ao terremoto Nankai Trough) – 南海トラフ地震に関連する情報” e o que foi focado apenas na “informação relacionado ao terremoto de Tokai – 東海地震に関連する情報“, mais nenhum anúncio foi realizado. Considerações para a entrega 引渡しの配慮事項

Mas,caso não seja possível, vão realizar somente após confirmar quem da familia irá buscar. ③ Pedimos para buscar os filhos a pé. A escola será um local de refúgio, então, talvez não será possível entrar de carro dentro do campo de esporte da escola. ④ As crianças que ainda estiverem na escola, vão esperar no campo de esporte ou dentro da escola. Não terá problema se atrasar, mas pedimos que busquem sem falta. |

Ao ocorrer o terremoto Nankai Trough (incluindo o terremoto de Tokai – 東海地震を含む), prevemos que a escola seja temporariamente fechada. O período dependerá do tamanho dos danos,assim que a segurança for confirmada e for possível retomar a vida escolar, avisaremos o dia da retomada e do horário de ir á escola, através do F-0 mail ou pela Home Page da escola, etc.

Se a “informação temporária de terremoto Nankai Trough – 南海トラフ地震臨時情報”ou aviso de emergência de terremoto – 緊急地震速報, for anunciado, a sociedade em geral fica em pânico e fica difícil utilizar os telefones dificultando ainda mais entrar em contato com os pais e responsáveis.「Se for divulgado a todos os Pais a“informação temporária sobre o terremoto Nankai Trough- 南海トラフに関する緊急地震速報 como um alerta de um grande terremoto e atenção a grandes terremotos – 巨大地震警戒or巨大地震注意）, terá necessidade de buscar os filhos a pé até a escola -」 学校へ迎えに行く”.

大規模地震に関する緊急時の対応について
１．About the announcement of the Earthquake Urgent Warning緊急地震速報の発表について
Currently, the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) issues an Earthquake Urgent Warning (alarm) when a maximum seismic intensity of more than lower 5 is predicted to areas where a seismic intensity of more than 4 is predicted. Earthquake Urgent Warnings will be broadcast on TV, radio, smartphones, disaster prevention administrative radio, etc. When the Earthquake Urgent Warning is announced, evacuate to a place where “things will not fall from above, collapse, or move” and be prepared to protect yourself.
２．About Tokai Earthquake and Nankai Trough Earthquake東海地震及び南海トラフ地震について
The Tokai earthquake is one of the large-scale earthquakes assumed along the Nankai Trough (below are referred to as the “Nankai Trough earthquake”), and a magnitude 8 class earthquake is predicted as epicenter is inland from Suruga Bay to Shizuoka Prefecture. No large-scale earthquakes have occurred for more than 160 years since the 1854 Ansei Tokai earthquake, and it is considered that “the Tokai earthquake can occur at any time”. The Nankai Trough earthquakes occur repeatedly at intervals of approximately 100 to 150 years, and now more than 70 years have passed since the last Nankai Trough earthquake, the urgency of earthquake occurrence is increasing not only the Tokai earthquake, but in a large-scale throughout the Nankai Trough.

If an “Additional Notice regarding Nankai Trough earthquake” is announced, the keywords that will be added is such as ‘under investigation’・‘for huge earthquake warning’, ‘huge earthquake caution’, or ‘survey completion’.

If the Nankai Trough earthquake (including the Tokai earthquake), it is assumed that the school will be temporarily suspended. The period of it will vary depending on the damage, but when safety is confirmed and school life can be resumed, we will inform you the date and time of school attendance via F-0 email or the school website’s homepage.
５．Others その他
When the “Additional Notice regarding Nankai Trough Earthquake” and the Earthquake Urgent Warning are announced, it is expected that the whole society will be panic, telephone connections will be difficult, and it will be impossible for schools to contact each household. Parents/guardians are required to take the action of “when an Earthquake Urgent Warning (huge earthquake warning or huge earthquake caution) regarding the Nankai Trough is announced, we will have to go to school to pick up my children”. Please understand that it is a measure to protect the life and safety of children.
